Katy started in August 2016 as a Board Eligible Prosthetist for P & O Services, Inc. She earned a Master’s Degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Michigan University. She completed her prosthetic residency at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center and she has been working in the field since 2015.

Rochelle started in May of 2016 as a Community Liaison for P&O services.She has a degree from Hope College in Biomechanical engineering and plans on pursuing a masters in prosthetics and orthotics.

Tracy Bautista is a new addition to both P&O services as well as the O&P field, as the office assistant. She brings to this company over 10 years of administration, customer service, marketing, and inventory control experience.Tracy is excited to support the staff in assisting the patients’ return to their normal lives.

Cindy Winter has been with P&O Services, Inc. since it began in 2014 in the role of Office and Billing Manager.She has over 12 years of billing experience in the O&P field and over 25 years of experience in office administration and management.
She loves to see the smiling faces of the patients and hear the encouraging stories of how P&O Services, Inc. has been able to help return them to a less painful and more normal life.
